Terms of Service

Using this website

The information on this website describes the services CasaEast offers. It is general information and does not on its own create a contract.

Quotations and services

Services are provided under a written quotation or agreement for each job. A quotation reflects the details you gave us, and may change if those details change. Availability of services such as LCL, FCL, DDP and door-to-door delivery depends on the cargo and destination.

No guarantees of results

Transit times, customs outcomes and market conditions are outside our control. For Chinese suppliers, we provide connections and coordination, and we do not guarantee orders, sales or market access.

Your information

Please make sure the details you send us are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. How we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
